QGF series barrel filling line as the central facility is specially designed for 5 gallons barreled drinking water production line, which is ideal for the production of mineral water, distilled water, and purified water. Detailed Introduction

Bottle washing:Empty 5-gallon bottles will be sent to the washing station for multiple steps of washing, from alkaline water to disinfecting water, and then to pure to make sure every part of the bottle inside can be cleaned absolutely, during washing period, there will be several positions of dropping station for washing liquid dropping, to ensure the washing liquid such as alkaline water disinfecting water are clean enough for recycled use. Water filling:After several steps of washing, the 5-gallon bottle inside will be totally washed, which will be clean enough to get into the filling station.Bottles will be sent to the filling station automatically, the detection system will send a signal to PLC to make the next step after it detects the bottle comes, the filling head will drop down to start filling, and will rise back to let bottles after filling go to next capping station. Capping:This system includes cap lifting, cap sending, and cap pressing 3 steps. arranged caps will be sent to the bottle mouth along with the bottle going with the conveyor, and the roller chain type capping will press the caps tightly step by step slowing, to make sure the caps are firmly attached to the mouth of the bottle.
